Use movements and techniques from boxing in this fun and exciting class to tone up, scorch unwanted body fat and get fit!

Box-Fit is a fitness and conditioning class incorporating boxing combos and drills. This 45-minute class is designed to make you sweat!

 

 

Great for all fitness levels! No experience needed! Perfect for those that have always wanted to put on a pair of gloves and have some fun.

 BOXFIT JUNIORS

This class is all about helping our kids gain confidence and creating a sense of accomplishment and achievement using boxing movements and drills.

 

This class is not just a great way to get active, it can also teach our kids all about dedication, team work, and the fundamentals of fitness, body awareness, movement, and speed.

SATURDAY 10.30AM

THE BOOTY BABES

​Slim down, tone up and improve your heath and fitness with an amazing group of supportive woman all working towards the same goals...to feel good, gain confidence, and gain some amazing results!

No experience needed. This program is written for all fitness levels and goals.

Package includes:

- 2x sessions per week - Wednesday  6pm and Sat 9.30am. It is up to you if you do one or both sessions per week. 

- A Gym based AND home based program

- Nutrition and a recipes

- Fortnightly measurements to keep you on track and motivated.

- Access to the private Booty Babes page where you will find extra workout videos, recipes, motivation and cooking and meal prep videos.

- A one on one session with Paula

IGNITE

Ignite has been developed to help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health and fitness.

A combination of strategic exercises, fat burning, and fun filled workouts will have you in tip top shape, feeling good, and no previous experience is needed. 

These sessions are made with alternatives for those that have never worked out before, all the way to those that are gym regulars. 

Battle ropes, tyres, booty bands, circuits, the works!

Come and move your body with a lovely, supportive group of ladies all with the same goal, to move, feel good, and look amazing.

These sessions are designed for all fitness levels! 

 

There's lots of support, laughs, and fun. Held at The Waiwhetu Fitness center in Waiwhetu, Lower Hutt, and at $10 a session or $35 for all 5 days, there's nothing stopping you.

Fit Mums

After having a baby the energy levels are lower due to broken sleep, stress is a bit higher, and we tend to beat ourselves up about the changes that have happened with our bodies. This class is all about gaining that confidence back, improving energy levels, and moving your body again. Join other mums and their babies in this fun and supportive group with no pressure, and all fitness levels are catered for. Tone up, increase your strength and  train with mums on the same mission.

 

 A class designed especially for busy mummies!

These classes are baby and toddler friendly.
