I’m Coach P — personal trainer, group fitness instructor, massage therapist, and transformation specialist. With over 15 years’ experience and qualifications from the New Zealand Institute of Sport, I’ve helped hundreds of people become stronger, fitter, and more confident than they ever imagined.
