I’ve been in the health and fitness game for over 15 years, and I’m fully qualified through the New Zealand Institute of Sport.

Over that time, I’ve helped hundreds of people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident — both inside and out.

I’m not your “gym ego” trainer. I’m your coach, your guide, and your biggest supporter. I work with you as a whole person — mind, body, and confidence.

Whether we’re doing personal training, Boxfit, strength sessions, or working on your flexibility and mobility, it’s all about helping you feel good in your own skin.

 

Here’s what you’ll find with me:

1:1 Personal Training in a private gym — when you’re here, the space is all yours.

Group Fitness that’s fun, challenging, and community-driven (think Boxfit, strength circuits, and more). Nutrition guidance that’s practical, sustainable, and fits into real life.

Massage & cupping therapy to help with recovery, tension, and overall wellbeing.

 

Why I do it? I believe fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or running faster. It’s about building strength from the inside out — finding your confidence, learning what your body can do, and enjoying the process along the way.

I’m here to make sure you feel supported, safe, and empowered every step of the journey. So whether you’re brand new to fitness, getting back into it, or chasing your next big goal, I’m here to help you move, grow, and rise — and have a good laugh while we’re at it. Let’s make it happen

Paula is such an amazing lady, she is caring and supportive. The thought of getting out of your comfort zone and trying to get fit and healthy can seem like a huge task, but with Paula it is fun! The workouts are varied and fun. She makes herself available all the time if you need anything, she checks in on you regularly and she looks out for each and everyone of us. And if you are really worried about getting on the fitness band wagon I can't recommend the Booty Babes programme enough, every woman in that group is amazing. Dinners, coffee dates - it's more than a work out group, it's a supportive network of friends, we all want to see each other succeed.
